Romania: Metro workers to strike in Bucharest November 15 and 19

Unions representing workers at the Bucharest metro have called for a strike to be held on Thursday, November 15, and Monday, November 19. Severe disruptions are to be anticipated on all metro lines from 04:00 to 06:00 (local time) on November 15, and starting at 16:00 on November 19 if the strike goes ahead as planned. According to local sources, the strike is being organized to demand salary increases.
